How to Trade
Session Behavior Guides
Asian Session Strategy
Best for: Tokyo session
Range trading works best. Mark the high/low of the first 2 hours. Use mean-reversion setups. Avoid breakout strategies until London open.
London Open Playbook
Best for: London session
Wait for the first 15-minute candle. Look for a break of the Asian range. Most false breakouts happen in the first 5 minutes — let price settle.
New York Session Tips
Best for: New York session
The first hour is most volatile (news releases). After 15:00 UTC, volume drops as London closes. Best trades happen during the London–NY overlap.
Late Session / Off-Hours
Best for: Sydney session
After New York close, spreads widen and liquidity drops. Avoid trading major pairs during this lull unless you have an Asian session setup.
